The helmets were originally Italian Greek Corinthians who were brought to the colonies in Sicily, Italy and Spain. Traces were also found in Celtic graves.
This helmet is a replica of one of around 400 BC and is unique in the market madeexactly to the original.
During the games of gladiators, Romans liked to pose as the famous battles of the Greeks against the Persians, so that this type was used in the sand.
