Shipping charges are calculated depending on many factors including the weight of the order, packaging, destination or promotions available at all times. If you want to know the exact costs of an order, add the required products to the shopping cart and click ADD, another window will open, click SUMMARY. If you are already a user, you will be asked for method of payment, then shown on the screen the total cost broken down by items and concepts (products, discounts, taxes, etc.)

IMPORTANT : countries outside the European Union are exempt from VAT invoice but may be taxed in Customs Office of Destination according to the taxes and tariffs, running these expenses on behalf of the recipient. We recommend that you check with the customs of your country to find out the cost of importation.

We don´t sell replica guns to countries outside the European Union.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the product. We will keep you informed about the status of your order and delivery forecast. If you prefer, you can ask before buying.

Return Policy

We have an after sales service to solve any problem that may arise during the delivery or shipment of our products, keeping our clients informed at all times.

 If by any reason you are not satisfied with the order, within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, you can process its return.

 Custom-made products are not entitled to a refund except for manufacturing defects or errors. 

In order to accept the return, you must contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order. It is important to return the product in the same conditions it was delivered and with the original packaging. Please include the invoice, labels and manufacturing certificate if any.

Once we verify and review the order, we will proceed to send a new product or refund the amount of your order by the same means payment was made, discounting delivery charges if any.

In case of products with manufacturing defects, wrong deliveries or received in poor conditions we recommend you send a picture to assess your claim. In case of passing, the delivery charges shall be our charge.
